Kolkata City of Joy, Founded as an East India Company trading post, it was India’s capital under the British Raj from 1773–1911. Today it’s known for its grand colonial architecture, art galleries and cultural festivals
The Sundarbans mangrove forest, one of the largest such forests in the world (140,000 ha), lies on the delta of the Ganges, Brahmaputra and Meghna rivers on the Bay of Bengal. The area is known for its wide range of fauna, including 260 bird species, the Bengal tiger and other threatened species such as the estuarine crocodile and the Indian python.
Day 1 (30-June)
Land in Kolkata and get transferred to a hotel in the old Kolkata area.

Day 2 (1-July)
Today, we will go to Sundarbans
– Depart from sealdah railway station to Canning railway station.
– 40 mins journey to Sonakhali Ferry ghat
– Boat journey begins.
– Gosaba Island : 2 Bungalow visit ( Hamilton and Beakon Bungalow)
– lunch and snacks on boat
– Hotel checkin, Dinner
Day 3 (2-July)
– Today Jungle safari Govt guide will be with us whole day
– Sudanyakhali Watch tower
– Pakhiralay Market
– lunch and snacks on boat
– Sundarban boat safari through various Rivers, Islands, and narrow creeks
– Dobanki watch tower and 500 meters canopy walk ( you can view wildlife through a elevated fencing bridge)
– Five river junction
– back to hotel ( on a island )
Day 4 (3-July)
– hotel checkout
– Sajnekhali watch tower
– Lunch and snacks on the boat
– small country boat ride through narrow creeks of wild mangrove.
– back to sonakhali ferry ghat and then to Kolkata
Day 5 (4-July)
Today, we will explore some more parts of Kolkata,
Millennium Park
Howrah Bridge
