Terms  Guidelines for Trip With Us :

By joining any trip with Travelbuddiestalk.com you automatically comes under the Terms & Conditions criteria of the company and you will be responsible to abide by it.

The following are the Booking Conditions, please go through the same carefully.

1.Travelbuddiestalk.com  would not be responsible, in any circumstances, for any loss, damages, etc. that may be incurred/ suffered by you if the information provided by you in the Registration Form turns out to be inaccurate/ incorrect.

2. Balance payments towards the cost of the Travelbuddiestalk.com Tour and Registration Form must reach us at least 15 days prior to the departure unless any specific date conveyed as last day for receiving the payment for your tour. If you fail to do so, this could result in cancellation of your seat on the tour and levy of RS 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) as cancellation charges plus cost on actual, if any, would be charged.

3. On payment of the balance amount in full you will receive your confirmation with final itinerary. This confirmation will be valid for your travel on the tour. Your Final documents/Voucher will be issued, upon receiving your balance payment and the Registration Form. It may be noted that the aforesaid payment does not include the cost of porter age, tips, insurance, laundry, phone calls, food and beverages or anything not specified in the itinerary of the tour. Your final Travelbuddiestalk.com confirmation entitles(mail/website) you to travel on the Tour.You are bind by the terms & conditions post received the final package details Or participating the trip even if you have not signed the document (In case).

4.Once duly signed Registration Form/Confirmation request is received by us, should you wish to change your option from one Travelbuddiestalk.com tour to another, we will do our best to meet your wishes. Any such change of Travelbuddiestalk.com Tour would be construed as cancellation of the former Travelbuddiestalk.com Tour and the aforesaid cancellation policy will apply.

5. Travelbuddiestalk.com has a policy of applying for group visas. Due to any reason, whatsoever, if the visa is not granted by the respective Consular’s Office/ Embassy of the country or delayed in issuing the visa, in case of international Travelbuddiestalk.com Tour, Travelbuddiestalk.com would not be held responsible for such a failure of obtaining visa and further visa fees, cost of cancellation of air ticket, Insurance or any loss incurred, shall be deducted and only balance payment will be refunded. This will be applicable ONLY if Travelbuddiestalk.com has applied for your visa.

6. Travelbuddiestalk.com reserves the right to cancel any Tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason. In such situation we will organise the Tour on a different date and make your bookings for the same if alternate Tour date is acceptable to you. In case the alternate tour date is not acceptable to you, we will refund the entire amount due and payable to you, however, you will not be entitled to claim any compensation. Travelbuddiestalk.com Club cannot take responsibility for any cost or any fees relating to the issuance and/ or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through Travelbuddiestalk.com .

7. Travelbuddiestalk.com further reserves the right to change the itinerary and hotel, if necessary, in similar category as specified at the time of booking of Tour. Travelbuddiestalk.com further undertakes to provide all facilities and/ or inclusions committed to you at the time of booking of the Tour.

8. Refunds (if any) for amendments and/ or cancellations will be paid directly to you by Travelbuddiestalk.com . It would take at least 45 days to process refunds.Cancellation requests within 30 days of trips will not be accepted and no refund will be given.You are automatically bonded by the terms & conditions of the company after paying the booking amount. Your cancellation results must be documented on email to our registered email id only.

9. Travelbuddiestalk.com would not be held responsible and no legal action can be taken for occurrence of any of the following circumstances during, after or before the commencement of the Tour and any extra costs occurring due to these are to be borne by you: a) Any act of God, like heat wave, heavy rain, floods, land slide, earthquakes, extreme bad weather etc. b) Any delay or cancellation of flights, ferry, trains, bus etc. c) Medical problem, sickness, physical inability to manage with the itinerary or any other such matter. Such an inability shall not affect/ delay rest of the group on the Tour per se. d) Lost luggage, loss of personal belongings and/ or theft etc. e) Change in foreign exchange rates after declaration of the tour price. f) Any dispute between the members and admin due to any reasons. It will be treated as their personal matter and must be resolved between them only and company can not held responsible for this matter. g) Any member in case leaves the trip in between than he/she shall borne all the cost for their expenses on their own and company will not be responsible for anything happened to them with respect to expenses, safety and any other problem arises after getting detached from the group.

10. The Booking Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any litigation arising under or concerning these Booking Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Haryana.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAN BE CHANGED AT ANY TIME. IF YOU CONTINUE TO USE THIS WEBSITE AFTER THE CHANGES BECOME EFFECTIVE YOU ARE CONSIDERED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THE CHANGES.
