Day 1:  TROMSO

Take a flight and land in Norway, Tromso.

We will land and check in at the hostel.

Today, we will explore the city.

• Ølhallen: the oldest pub in the city

Day 2:  TROMSO

Today we will explore the city.

Chase the Aurora Borealis, aka, ‘The Northern Lights,’ through Norway’s Arctic skies on this small-group adventure from Tromso. Day 3: TROMSO

Today will be a free day, or you can do optional tours like Whale watching, fjords or dog sledging.

Else you can join us to explore the city and do shopping and explore local cuisines.

Storgata is the best place to pick up some gifts or treat yourself in Tromsø.

Tromsø’s main pedestrian street is packed with cafés, restaurants and shops. Here, you can pick up some souvenirs, local handicrafts and Norwegian-design clothing before heading for a delicious lunch at one of the many eateries on the street. And if you’re up for a big night out in Tromsø, Storgata is the place to be on Friday and Saturday nights.

Tromsø’s city centre is relatively compact, meaning you can walk across it in around 10 minutes, and it’s actually home to the largest collection of historical wooden houses north of Trondheim.

FINLAND

Day 4: Finland exploration

Today, you will fly to Helsinki.

Helsinki is a charming seaside city with a unique twist. Located on the shore of the Gulf of Finland, Helsinki is a place where urban culture meets coastal nature. The easy-going Nordic lifestyle and friendly locals make it easy to fall in love with this northern city – the capital of the happiest country in the world!

 We will do a city tour with a guide to experience the soul of this culturally rich city.

Day 5: Lapland

Fly to Ivalo and check in at the hotel.

Ivalo is a village on the Ivalo River in Lapland, in northern Finland. It’s known as a gateway to Saariselkä, an arctic resort area to the south. To the southeast, Urho Kekkonen National Park is home to pine forests and reindeer. It has trails and seasonal views of the Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights). Overlooking the park is the ear-shaped mountain Korvatunturi, which is also the folkloric home of Santa Claus.

Today, we will explore the real and raw beauty of Lapland, enjoy being in nature and feel local.

Day 6: Glass Igloo Day

Stay in Glass Igloo

After breakfast, we will go to the Glass Igloo Resort, which is around 70km from the Ivalo hostel. We will check in and spend the entire day at this beautiful resort, and in the evening, we will see the northern lights from the comfort of our igloos.

Day 7: Explore Estonia

Fly back to Helsinki

We will explore Tallinn, Estonia country today. Tallinn is a 2-hour ferry journey from Helsinki.

The capital and largest city of Estonia occupies an area of 159.2 km2 and has 438,569 inhabitants. It lies on the northern coast of the country, on the shore of the Gulf of Finland, 80 km south of Helsinki, east of Stockholm, and west of Saint Petersburg. It is classified as a global city and was listed among the top 10 digital cities in the world. The city was the European Capital City of Culture in 2011, along with Turku in Finland.
